Google Calendar Integration

When you connect Google Calendar, we access:

  • Free/Busy: To display available time slots on booking pages (we only see when you're busy, not event details)
  • Events: To create, update, and cancel appointments booked through our Service

Avail AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meta Platform Integration (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)

When you connect Meta services, we access:

  • Page Info: To identify and manage your connected pages/accounts
  • Messaging: To send and receive messages for customer communication
  • Profile (Public): Basic profile information of users who message you (name, profile picture)

We do NOT access:

  • Friends list
  • Timeline posts
  • Photos/videos
  • Location data

SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

Avail sends SMS notifications related to bookings, customer messages, and account updates. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS Consent

If you opt-in to SMS notifications by providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox in your account settings, we collect your phone number to send text message alerts about your business account activity. The opt-in checkbox is not pre-checked; you must actively consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How We Use Your Phone Number

Your phone number is used exclusively for:

  • Sending SMS notifications you have opted into (bookings, customer messages, account updates)
  • Account verification when required
  • Critical account security alerts

Phone Number Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your phone number may only be shared with:

  • Our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for message delivery
